LBS – Creative High School in Gothenburg was established in 2014 and offers higher education preparatory programs in the Technology Program and the Aesthetic Program with the following specializations: Design and Product Development, Information and Media Technology, and Aesthetics and Media. The school has approximately 450 students and 40 staff members. We are now looking for a licensed teacher in programming, AI, and digital creation for our institution.

Your Mission
We are now offering a position at 80% for teaching programming, digital creation, AI, and design. The position also includes mentorship. You will also play an important role in continuously developing the school's education together with your colleagues. As a teacher at LBS, you will be heavily involved in the school's systematic quality work and pedagogical development.
Your Profile
Primarily, we are looking for a licensed teacher with specialized skills in game development, AI, and an interest in creative education. You need to have good knowledge of the gaming industry as well as very good knowledge of design processes for technology and game development, object-oriented programming (Visual Studio and the programming language C#), game engines (Unity 3D), aesthetic expressions adapted for games, software for 3D modeling (Autodesk Maya), 2D graphics (Photoshop), audio (Audacity), version control (GitHub Desktop), and agile development (Scrum).
We are looking for someone who, in addition to their sharp subject expertise, wants to contribute with engagement, humor, and humility to our school. Together with the principal and colleagues, you will take responsibility for the school's pedagogical development, subject development, and for developing your own professional competence. You are creative in your planning and execution of your teaching, create a desire to learn, and have the ability to see students as individuals with different needs and motivations. In the classroom, you are a secure leader and good at building relationships with both students and parents. It is an advantage if you have other creative skills or interests.

The position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period of 6 months (provided you meet the requirements for eligibility under the Education Act). Start date is January 26, 2026, or by agreement.
